All preliminary concepts remain property of 216Production.
Final deliverables are licensed to the client under agreed terms.

3. Payments

Payment terms are defined per project agreement. Work may begin after deposit confirmation where applicable.

4. Revisions

Revision rounds are defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and may provide NDA agreements upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

216Production shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

These terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial regulations.
